BUSINESS :\[i:i:tin(;s. It shall be tlie duty of the Pastor, when ]>resent> to preside at all business nieetinij:?^ of the Cliurch. In his absence, a ]\[(Klerator sliall be cliosen, who shall liave a casting vote in case of an c([uality. The Annual Meeting of the Church shall be held in January. STxVNDING COMMITTEE. This Committee sliall consist of the Pastor, Dea- cons, and at least three additional brethren: tlie latter to be annually cliosen. It sliall be their duty to examine candi(hites for admission to the church, to present cases of discipline, and assist the Pastor, as they may be able, in the visitation of members of the church and congregation.
